Biography

Kyra Lindley joined CEDAR as a computational biologist intern, after completing the initial phase of her master's degree in Bioinformatics and Genomics at the University of Oregon. During her academics, she collaborated closely with the Benoit lab, where she utilized spatial transcriptomics and single-cell RNA sequencing techniques to unravel gene expression patterns in a mouse injury model. Now at CEDAR, Kyra embarks on an exciting venture as part of Ellen Langer’s team, delving into the intricate landscape of the tumor microenvironment within pancreatic and breast cancer.
