Cecelia Wooten joins CEDAR as an Administrative Assistant after having worked at UPS for two years as a Designated Responder. Cecelia graduated from West Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree. She enjoys watching movies, running, and is always appreciative of new book recommendations. She is excited to use her skills in support of CEDAR’s mission and continued innovation.
