*NEW* Pilates for Parkinson's Disease: An instructional Handbook is now available. Two years ago, the OHSU Parkinson Center of Oregon partnered with Pilates instructor, Bettina Blank, to develop a PD Pilates class. The program boasts several instructors and locations, and now an instructional guide for people. Easy to follow instructions and pictures make the program accessible to everyone. If you'd like to order a copy call Sara at 503-494-7231; the cost is $14.95 plus $3.00 for shipping/handling.

Bi-weekly, energizing class focused on flexibility, stretching, and core-strengthening with specific attention paid to Parkinson issues. Contact the locations below for current dates and times.
