Pathology Translational Research Laboratory
Established in 2007 under the direction of Dr. Christopher Corless, the Pathology Translational Research Laboratory serves as a resource for molecular test development and validation. It is located within the Dept. of Pathology on the first floor of the Basic Sciences Research Building, and is equipped to perform molecular testing in accordance with CLIA / CAP guidelines. The laboratory has access to real-time PCR systems (Stratagene and Roche LC480), denaturing HPLC (Transgenomic WAVE), and a DNA sequencer (ABI 3130).
