Gastrointestinal, Liver Genitourinary Pathology Consultations
Dr. Christopher Corless, medical director of Surgical Pathology,
completed fellowship training in both gastrointestinal and genitourinary
pathology at the Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston. He has been
in practice since 1993 and has served as the consulting pathologist for
the OHSU/VA Liver Transplantation Service for over 10 years. He has
experience in all areas of GI and GU pathology, including pediatric
cases, and has special expertise in GI stromal tumors and other intra-
abdominal soft tissue neoplasms. In addition, Dr. Corless has published
extensively in the area of molecular testing for tyrosine kinase
mutations that serve as targets for small molecule kinase inhibitors.
