Research Tests Available Through the Translational Research Laboratory
Mutation screening tests for the human genes listed in the Table below are available from the Heinrich-Corless Research Laboratories. Technologies for mutation detection include Sequenom MassARRAY, denaturing HPLC, high-resolution melting curve analysis, and DNA sequencing by capillary electrophoresis (ABI) and pyrosequencing.
