ON-LINE EVALUATIONS

E*Value is OHSU's currently utilized on-line evaluation system for all specialties on campus. The system makes evaluations available to you at any time of the day or night, making them more convenient to complete.

You can access the website for completing your evaluations by going to https://www.e-value.net/index.cfm.

You will receive your login and a direct link to the E*Value web site in a reminder email generated monthly by the E*Value system. If you have any questions about E*Value, please contact Alexis Jaggers at jaggersa@ohsu.edu, or 503-494-2313.

For each rotation, you will complete evaluations of both the faculty and the effectiveness of the rotation itself. Faculty will also complete evaluations of each trainee by rotation. Trainees may view their evaluations and the name of the corresponding evaluator. However, faculty are not able to view trainee names when they are the subject of the evaluation. If you have two or more consecutive months on the same rotation, you need only fill out each evaluation once. Occasionally the system may prompt you to complete non-applicable evaluations, in which case you may mark them N/A.

NOTE: You will receive e-mails notifying you of evaluations that you need to complete. You will continue to receive notifications every few weeks until the evaluation is submitted.
