BOOK/TRAVEL ALLOWANCE

$1,200.00 per year for Residents, $2,500.00 per year for fellows (may be carried over annually). This may be applied to legitimate educational expenses as they occur. An additional $100 dollars will be applied each year for completion of monthly rotation evaluations.
