TRANSPORTATION OF A BODY TO AND FROM THE OREGON HEALTH SCIENCES UNIVERSITY     The cost of transporting a body to and from the Oregon Health Sciences University for purposes of an autopsy will not be paid by the Department of Pathology or any of its members.
