Partnership Project will be presenting a break-out session entitiled: Models of Collaboration
The session will present an in-depth look at the collaborative model that forms the basis for the Partnership Project's structure. Formed in 1995, Partnership Project is an integral provider of HIV/AIDS care and prevention services in the social services delivery system in Portland, Oregon. The session will examine the consortium model of Partnership Project, the multi-disciplinary model that the teams function within, how Partnership Project has leveraged the public dollar with private and public contributions and how the community of ASOs has come together to collaborate on larger projects while maintaining agency integrity.
