PARTNERSHIP PROJECT

Established in 1995, Oregon Health and Science University/Partnership Project provides a comprehensive array of services to people living with HIV/AIDS, their families and those at-risk.

Our mission is to help people living with HIV/AIDS achieve or sustain the highest possible quality of life and health and to provide those living with HIV/AIDS and their families, access to information, treatment and support services.

Our case management services are designed for those living with HIV/AIDS and their families who need information, referrals or help in coordinating medical, mental health and other social service systems. Supporting Healthy Options for Prevention (SHOP) is a program that partners with individuals interested in reducing their risks around sexual and drug using behavior.
