PARTNERSHIP PROJECT

Established in 1995, Oregon Health and Science University/Partnership Project provides a comprehensive array of services to people living with HIV/AIDS, their families and those at-risk.

Our mission is to help people living with HIV/AIDS achieve or sustain the highest possible quality of life and health and to provide those living with HIV/AIDS and their families, access to information, treatment and support services.

Our case management services are designed for those living with HIV/AIDS and their families who need information, referrals or help in coordinating medical, mental health and other social service systems. For more information, contact Partnership Project at 503-230-1202 Unfortunately, due the end of our contract with Oregon Health Authority this service is no longer available. For prevention services in your community please refer to the AIDS Hotline 503-223-2437 or 1-800-777-2437 or http://www.oregonaidshotline.com/ for referrals they may be able to offer.
