PARTNERSHIP PROJECT

Established in 1995, Oregon Health and Science University/Partnership Project provides a comprehensive array of services to people living with HIV/AIDS, their families and those at-risk.

Our mission is to help people living with HIV/AIDS achieve or sustain the highest possible quality of life and health and to provide those living with HIV/AIDS and their families, access to information, treatment and support services.

Supporting Healthy Options for Prevention (SHOP)

Our case management services are designed for those living with HIV/AIDS and their families who need information, referrals or help in coordinating medical, mental health and other social service systems. Partnership offers a variety of groups for people living with HIV.

Positive Living Series: This group is a seven-week series focused on increasing self-management skills and supporting individuals in living well with HIV and AIDS.
Fuzeon Groups:These groups provide a forum for people currently on Fuzeon or those contemplating taking Fuzeon.

HIV 101: A one time two-hour workshop designed for newly diagnosed individuals interested in learning basic information about HIV and HIV services.

These groups are a place to ask questions, receive answers or support. Please ask about caregiver participation. For more information, contact Julia at 503-230-1202 ext. 235.

Supporting Healthy Options for Prevention (SHOP) is a program that partners with individuals interested in reducing their risks around sexual and drug using behavior. Eligible clients are either those living with HIV/AIDS or those engaging in high-risk behavior. For more information, contact Partnership Project at 503-230-1202 or 1-877-795-7700.
