	Quick Tips
	Marquam Hill offers a unique bicycle commute. If bicycling downhill, be sure of your brakes, tires and riding experience. The roads can be very congested at rush hour. The safest option is the tram. See our Marquam Hill Bike Routes Map (below) for more information. The Portland Tram can get you to the main hospital in under 5 minutes. Bikes can be locked at the south waterfront or brought on the tram ($4 ticket or free with OHSU ID). At OHSU, bike must be walked indoors and on sidewalks. Bikes may be locked only to bike racks, keeping disabled ramps safe and clear. See more specific guidelines to bicycles indoors. OHSU is not responsible for thefts but does offer secure storage and information on preventing and handling bike theft. You can mix your commute with public transit.
