Coexpressed genes

This spreadsheet contains the PDNN normalized expression values for each of the 45K 
transcripts across the 56 arrays, one per each B6D2 F2 mouse.  It will also calculate correlation 
coefficients for any given probe set.

To use:
The top row is a placeholder for the gene of interest.  The second row contains the probe 
ID descriptor headings and the mouse Ids. Each subsequent row represents one 
Affymetrix probe set from the 430A and B chips.  

Select a probe set ID/gene of interest and copy and paste the entire row up to column B6 into the 
very top row.  Column BH calculates the correlation coefficient (r) between the top  ropw of 
expression values and all of the other rows. Column BI indicates significance at the p<0.01 level 
and column BJ indicates significance at p<0.0001.
Sort the whole thing by column BH to display the most highly coexpressed genes.
