Policies

Instrument use must be scheduled through Pam.

In the event that not enough time is reserved for completion of a sort, the parties involved will determine whether the sort is continued, terminated, or continued at a later time.

Cancellations more than 1 working day in advance will not be charged, with cancellations less than 1 working day in advance charged $50. No shows will be charged at the full rate for the scheduled time. There will be no charge if the time is used by an alternate user.
