Identify strategies to overcome barriers that impede access to routine healthcare for individuals with disabilities. Access to quality and timely health care is an established leading indicator of population health in the U.S. and a means to eliminating health disparities and improving quality of life. The under-utlization of routine health care by individuals with disabilities has many contributors that include financial, physical/environmental, and societal barriers.
