Office of Program Evaluation and Research

The Office of Program Evaluation and Research (OPER) is administered from within the Oregon Institute on Disability and Development of the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center (CDRC) at Oregon Health & Science University.

By providing support to the community of scholars within the CDRC, and serving as a resource to achieve excellence in research and evaluation, OPER supplements existing skills and knowledge through targeted staff and trainee development, consultation, and service.
