meet our Staff

Charles E. Davis, MSW brings more than fourteen years of direct experience as a disability consultant and trainer to ADA Answers Northwest. Mr. Davis has trained and consulted on virtually all aspects of the ADA with employers, HR professionals, state and local government, and persons with disabilities. By serving as master trainer for the NW ADA and IT Center, he has dealt with highly technical and complex questions. His engaging training style provides a comfortable atmosphere for learning the most up-to-date information on the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Monica McDaniel served as the Washington State Program Manager for the Northwest ADA & IT Center for three years. Monica brings a wide array of consulting abilities to ADA Answers Northwest regarding the ADA, Washington State Anti Discrimination Law and various Civil Rights Laws. Monica is a consultant to private sector employers, educators and government entities on their responsibilities to uphold these laws and regulations. She also provides technical assistance with ADA physical accessibility site review services.

Denise M. Spielman, BA, AAS, a professional trainer, has been providing technical assistance and training on rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act and other disability-related laws since 1998.  As a master trainer and senior technical assistance provider for the Northwest ADA and IT Center from 2001-2006, she answered a toll-free technical assistance line for Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska.  She has a thorough knowledge of the ADA, and is known for her interesting, interactive and enthusiastic trainings and business/government consultations.
