Clinical Psychology Internship in Developmental Disabilities and Pediatric Psychology

Stipend & Benefits

The training program is supported by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau of the Department of Health and Human Services following Public Health Service regulations, as well as other sources. Last year the stipend was $18,000. This coming year the stipend will be at least $18,000. During the 2006-2007 and 2007-2008 training years, we were able to identify additional funding to supplement stipends. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so during the upcoming training year, faculty are committed to identifying resources to support trainees.

Along with the stipend, interns receive medical benefits, a monthly bus pass, two weeks vacation, and two weeks for professional activities (i.e., dissertation defense, conferences, job interviews).
