Elizabeth Adams, PhD, RD, is the Director of OPER and serves the CDRC and OHSU as an Assistant Professor of Public Health and Preventative Medicine, a Maternal & Child Health Epidemiologist, and the Nutrition Training Coordinator of the LEND Program.

Emily Milburn is an Evaluation Specialist for many programs with the OIDD including OPER, LEND, and OCCYSHN. She is also a Data Coordinator for the National Information Reporting System (NIRS).

Daria Ettinger R.N is a Senior Research Associate who supports various federally funded grants within the field of disabilities. Her expertise lies in Quality Leadership, Outcomes Measurement, Project Management and Program Development. She is the mother of a young adult with Spina Bifida.
