The NIRS data entry screen uses the intuitive label of "customer;" however, data entered here will be displayed in standard reports with the actual ADD designation of "consumer."
Consumers are:
"The customer to whom a service or product is designed for and delivered to"
Therefore, your trainees are consumers.
There is one customer satisfaction question per core function (except research)
