Emily Milburn

Emily MilburnEmily Milburn , B.S., is an Evaluation Specialist for OIDD's Office of Program Evaluation & Research (OPER).  A graduate of Washington State University with degrees in both Psychology and French, Emily's passion for research first developed while working as an undergraduate research assistant at her university's counseling and testing services center.

Since joining the OIDD team in 2006 Emily has contributed her skills to numerous programs, providing guidance in program evaluation, survey design and data management.  Currently Emily serves as an evaluator for both the OCCYSHN and LEND programs within OIDD.  Ms. Milburn also serves as Data Coordinator for the National Information Reporting System (NIRS), a national database created to capture and report impact data to federal funders.

Education:

  • B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in French from Washington State University.
