Process
The governance process directs the Center, the EPCs, and the work of the Drug Effectiveness Review Project.
Project Communications
Annual meetings, monthly teleconferences, weekly updates, and a public and proprietary website are included in Project Communications.
Conflicts of Interest
The process for gathering and determining the research evidence is absolutely bias-free. Authors, Center employees, and EPC employees may not have an economic interest in the subjects under review.
Communication with Pharmaceutical Companies
- The Center is the point of contact for pharmaceutical companies.
- Participating Organizations and the Evidence Practice Centers (EPCs) will refer questions and contacts from pharmaceutical companies about evidence or the research process to the Center.
- Participating Organizations will respond to inquiries directly from pharmaceutical companies when they relate to local decisions or local processes.
