Focus on Health Care Finance: Financing Options for Community and Rural Health Care Providers

A Free Webinar for CEOs and CFOs of Rural Hospitals, Clinics, and Nursing Facilities

Wednesday, December 12, 2007
12p.m. - 1:15 p.m. PST

We know you need up to date resources to be competitive and best serve your community. We also know the financial journey can be daunting, and Santa doesn’t deliver clinics, renovations or wellness centers. So the Oregon Rural Health Association is taking matters into its own hands to put more options in yours.

“Financing Options for Community and Rural Health Care Providers” explains how rural providers can access affordable capital for new construction or renovation through various long-term debt structures. It also explains how to overcome certain hurdles facing rural borrowers.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • Emphasizing rural strengths in a credit profile
  • An update on current market conditions
  • Rural-specific financing options, including bonds and federal structures such as FHA mortgage insurance and USDA programs.

The session will be hosted by the Oregon Rural Health Association and presented by Thomas H. Green, CEO of Lancaster Pollard. The firm is a leading financier of critical access and community hospitals, clinics and senior living providers. Mr. Green is a regular speaker at national and state-level hospital and rural health conferences.

To register for the free session, contact Elizabeth DeForest at edeforest@lancasterpollard.com or (614) 224-8800.
