Paul Bascom, M.D.

Dr. Bascom received his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University. He is a Fellow in the American College of Physicians. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, San Jose. His practice concentrates on the medical care of adults. Dr. Bascom has special interest in the care of terminally ill patients and he is the director of the OHSU Comfort Care Team and VNA Hospice Program. Dr. Bascom speaks Spanish fluently, has traveled around the world, and enjoys singing and outdoor recreation and spending time with his daughters.
