Dr. Bagby received his Bachelor of Arts degree at Pomona College and the M.D. degree at Baylor College of Medicine. His fellowship in Hematology and Oncology was at Oregon Health and Science University. His research is on carcinogenesis and leukemia. He has been funded by NIH continuously throughout his career, is an Associate Editor of the Journal Blood, and is a member of the Association of American Physicians.
