Report Missing Email Archives

It is possible your email archives were not migrated if:

  • You have more than one archive folder (for example, you have separated your archives by calendar year)
  • Your GroupWise account did not have a link to an archive folder defined when your account was migrated
  • Your GroupWise archives were not stored in your network home directory (H: drive) when your account was migrated

If any of these circumstances apply to you, please provide us the complete path to your GroupWise archive folder or folders using the form below. For example, C:\ofarch\userid.

If your GroupWise archives are located on a shared drive (such as the J: drive), please provide us the complete path to the GroupWise archive folder or folders, and the name of the shared folder. For example, " Itg on 'Sa4\Shr06' (J:)".

To find the name of the shared folders you are connected to, go to Start > My Computer: (see image right)

And your computer's name
When reporting missing archives, please include your contact information and your computer's name. (To find your computer's name, click Start, right-click My Computer, select Properties, and then click the Computer Name tab. It's a series of letters and numbers, such as MSB0001.)
