Pilot self-service calls to Help Desk with the network contacts.

Break the glass implemented March 1, 2007.

EKGs are now viewable through the EPIC system.
Context-free logins to the network
November 2006
Self-service Web site with quick reference guides for applications; ability to see where your H: drive resides, to sign up for the spam filter, and to set up challenge questions for self-service password resets in Novell.
Network contact and telephone counselor reinvigoration project kicked off and continues today. Change in meeting structure: more interactive; focus on learning, rather than ITG announcements.
July 2006  
Internet content filtering enabled blocking access to Web pages where known malware and spyware are prolific.

ITG provided a major contribution by getting the network infrastructure and connectivity in place in these new buildings:
