Please make your appointments as far in advance as possible. When calling for an appointment, be prepared to give information about the nature of your visit so we can schedule an appropriate amount of time. Please have your number ready when you call to make appointments, and bring your card with you to your appointment. If you can not keep your appointment, please call us as early as possible to cancel and reschedule. If you are new to OHSU, you will be asked to preregister prior to your appointment. Please have your insurance information available when you call.
