Office Hours

The Vascular Surgery office is open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Patients are seen for initial evaluation, post-operative and general follow-up, each Wednesday from 08:30 am to 3:30 pm or Tuesday afternoon from 1:00pm to 4:00 pm. Elective surgeries are performed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Appointments and Information

To schedule an appointment with Vascular Surgery, please call 503/494-7593. If you are a new patient to Vascular Surgery, or do not have a current outpatient OHSU ID card, you will need to register prior to your visit. As with any other doctor's office, preregistration is necessary to ensure that your account is handled properly. This can be done over the telephone by calling 503/494-8505.

If your insurance requires primary care physician (PCP) referral, please help us by asking your doctor's office as soon as possible if they have begun the paperwork. We will also be in contact with your doctor's office to make sure that the paperwork is processed and to obtain the referral number.

Location and Transportation

Please see attached directions and map to OHSU. Once on the OHSU campus, we are located on the third floor of the Physicians Pavilion.

You may park in the designated "Patient Parking" area which is located beneath the Physicians Pavilion. There is a patient drop-off area at the main entrance of the Physicians Pavilion. There is no charge for patient parking. If you need help with directions or parking, stop at the parking information booth which is located on Veterans Road (or call campus parking at 503/494-8283).

If you plan to take the bus, Tri-Met bus #8 (Jackson Park Road) runs to and from downtown Portland every 20 minutes. The bus stops in front of the South Hospital on Sam Jackson Road. For more information on bus schedules, call Tri-Met at 503/233-3511.
