Dr. Thomas A. Buchholz visited OHSU’s Department of Radiation Medicine on Thursday, November 20th, 2008

Dr. Thomas A. Buchholz, Professor & Chair of the Department of Radiation Oncology, within the Division of Radiation Oncology at the MD Anderson Cancer Center, visited OHSU’s Department of Radiation Medicine on Thursday, November 20th , 2008. He spent dedicated time with our housestaff, as a visiting faculty scholar.

Dr. Buchholzis a world authority in helping oncologists define the role of radiotherapy in patients with breast cancer. He also serves as the medical director of radiation oncology for the outpatient radiation oncology program, as well as section chief of the world’s leading-edge breast radiation oncology program.
