March 19, 2008 Department faculty co-authors 2 poster presentations for upcoming 2008 ASCO meeting
Dr. Thomas is a co-author on two original abstracts that have been selected for presentation at the Sunday, June 1st, 2008 General Poster Sesssion, for the 44th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
The abstract titled "A Population-Based Analysis of Surgical and Adjuvant Therapy for Resectable Gastric Adenocarcinoma" will be presented by Dr. CK Enestvedt, presently a sr. resident in the Department of Surgery at OHSU. Other co-authors include Drs. BS Diggs, DK Shipley, CR Thomas Jr, & KG Billingsley.
The abstract titled "Conditional Survival in Ovarian Cancer: a SEER Database Analysis" will be presented by Dr. Mehee Choi. Other co-authors include Drs. CD Fuller, CR Thomas Jr, and SJ Wang.
Both posters will be presented in S Hall A1 from 8 am - 12 noon on June 1st, 2008.
