Department chair was the keynote speaker at Penn State University College of Medicine's program titled "Cultural Competency in the Health Profession", sponsored by the SNMA chapter in Region 8. The program took place as part of the annual Black History Month celebration, at the Milton S. Hershey Auditorium on Tuesday, February 16th, 2010.
