Department chair, Dr. CR Thomas, Jr., was a co-presenter (along with Dr. Lisa A. Kachnic, chair of the department of radiation oncology at Boston University School of Medicine) of the Educational Session on "Colon, Rectum, and Anus Cancer" at the 49th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology, on November 1st, 2007 in Los Angeles.
