"I feel fortunate to become part of this Department. The people here are caring, warm-hearted human beings. Each one so different from the next, but with one goal in mind, which is taking care of their patients. I myself enjoy lending a hand when needed. This has lead me to this career. It gives me a sensation of accomplishment, the same as when I ride my bike or go swimming in one of the fine rivers Oregon has to offer. With a degree in Human Resources and General Management from Portland State University, I hope to gain knowledge of the inter-working of OHSU and eventually move into a Human Resource position."
