Meet Erin Anderson
Erin Anderson:
I graduated from Portland State University in 2000 with a BS in Public Health. After graduating from PSU, I worked as the clinic coordinator for Outside In, an agency for homeless youth, for nearly three years before coming to OHSU as a professional services coder.
I received my national certification as a professional coder (CPC) in February 2006. Currently, I am a student in the Health Care Management Master’s Degree Certificate program and hope to finish in the summer of 2007. I specialize in coding for Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology and Pediatric Heart Catherizations.
In the fall of 2006, I was elected by the Rose City Chapter of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) to be the chapter’s President-Elect for 2007 and President for 2008.
