Our Laboratory measures melatonin rhythms in saliva. Supplies for participating in this study will be shipped to you in a Styrofoam cooler. Saliva sampling tubes called Salivettes™ will be provided for you to use to collect your saliva, and this can be done in your home. Saliva samples will be temporarily stored in your refrigerator, then the samples will be shipped back to us in the Styrofoam cooler. All shipping and other study-related costs are covered by the Sleep and Mood Disorders Lab.
