3) Computer Training
In order to gain access to EPIC each visiting student must complete the following computer training modules. Students taking 709 K Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics don't need access to EPIC and won't need to take this computer training.
***After you have completed computer training, dial 4-2222 and choose the "epic" option to get your epic account activated, that is option 2.
4) Housing
OHSU does not coordinate visiting student housing. Visiting students are responsible for their own housing. Some useful suggestions include:

They sometimes have some overflow housing available. They can be reached at www.pdx.edu.
Craigslist

A parking pass can be obtained at the information booth, the coast is $10. They take checks or cash, checks should be filled out before you get to the booth and made out to OHSU. Review Pre-arrival Requirements
I have faxed a background check form to Trevor Monteith at 503-494-4953. (Not the fax number on the form) at least one month before start of rotation.
If I am an LCME medical students who used VSAS, I have:
- Sent $75 processing Fee to Marcia Decaro at the OHSU Deans office (See link)
- Accepted appointment in VSAS. (See Link)
- Sent Immune Status form to Marca DeCaro at the OHSU Dean's office (see link)
Unless I am a 709 K Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics student, I have completed my computer training modules.
I have completed HIPPA in Big Brain and have a certificate of completion printed and ready to present on my first day.
I have completed Respect at the University in Big Brain and have a certificate of completion printed and ready to present on my first day.
I understand the OHSU doesn't provide scrubs. If I am taking an elective with call, Neonatology, Hematology/Oncology, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, or the Pediatrics Sub-I, and I want scrubs to wear on call nights, I will need to bring them.
I have reviewed all materials associated with my elective by the first day.
I understand that parking difficult and have made transportation decisions.
