Medical Student Training Clerkships

Our goals is to educate medical students about the unique physiology, pathophysiology, social, and health care needs of children and their families. The Department of Pediatrics hopes this will be an enjoyable and educationally valuable experience for all students. We value your experiences and evaluation and feedback is used on an ongoing basis to improve our clerkships.

Dr. Phillipi is primary support for Pediatrics 2 students who have chosen a general pediatric outpatient experience. If students are uncomfortable addressing issues with Trevor, they should feel free to contact Dr. Phillipi. Her approval is required for all special rotations and considerations for general pediatric experiences.   She is a great resource in terms of grading and evaluation, faculty and resident issues and work environment concerns.
