Application Information

The deadline for 2010 application materials, including letters of recommendation and the $65 application fee, is December 15th. Late applications will be considered, but financial aid may be limited.

  • Please visit the OHSU School of Medicine Graduate Studies website to APPLY. NOTE: Due to updates, the online application will become available on September 15th, 2009.
  • Official transcripts of studies completed from all colleges or universities attended.
  • Three letters of recommendation from faculty familiar with your scholastic and research abilities.  Please note that referees will not be prompted to submit letters online until your application has been completely submitted on the online system.
  • Results of the Graduate Record Examination (Verbal, Quantitative, Analytical). The Advanced Test in your undergraduate major is optional. Although the GRE is preferred, the MCAT may be substituted. You must request that the Educational Testing Service forward your GRE scores to the Registrar's Office; you may include a copy with your application to expedite the review process.
  • For applicants whose native language is not English, the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required.
