Longview Neurosurgical Clinic

The Longview Neurosurgical Clinic is staffed by Johnny Delashaw, M.D. four days per month and provides consultation in general neurosurgery, skull base tumors, neurovascular disease neurooncology and spinal disease and injury.

Spinal Injury

Comprehensive treatment of injuries associated with brain, spine and spinal cord trauma are provided in collaboration with OHSU's emergency physicians, neurosurgeons, trauma service and the neurosciences critical care unit team.

Transfers

If you are a referring provider and would like to transfer an adult or pediatric patient please contact the OHSU and Doernbecher Transfer Center.

Adult

The OHSU trauma service and the neurosciences critical care unit teams work intricately to provide day-to-day management of patients with multi-system trauma that includes isolated traumatic brain and spinal cord injury. OHSU is a Level 1 Trauma center authorized by the Oregon Department of Human Services: health services, emergency medical services and trauma systems to provide tertiary trauma care. OHSU is the only academic Level I trauma center in Oregon serving injured persons throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.

Pediatric

Acute, operative and follow-up care of brain, spine and peripheral nerve injuries is undertaken by the Division of Pediatric Neurosurgery.
