Training Academic Leaders and Enhancing Networks and Teams (TALENT)

“The TALENT Program provides support for a more formalized mentoring program, a career development/leadership series, the annual representation of women report and continued support for women attending AAMC Career Development conferences. The primary goal of the TALENT program is to develop a cadre of effective leaders who will move both the institution and their particular fields of expertise forward.”
