Articles: AMIA Members now Eligible for OHSU Tuition Discount

Members of the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) wishing to enroll in the distance learning Graduate Certificate Program in Biomedical Informatics at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) are now eligible for a 5% tuition discount. They join members of HIMSS and AMDIS who are currently taking advantage of the tuition savings.

The discount only applies to courses taken towards the Graduate Certificate. Those courses may be applied toward other OHSU degree programs in biomedical informatics (e.g., master's, Ph.D.), but the tuition discount only applies to the eight courses taken towards the Graduate Certificate. AMIA members must present a valid membership number each academic term when registering to obtain the discount. The discount only applies to regular full membership, and not student, institutional, or associate members.
