Go To OHSU ISIS Online

The Biomedical Informatics Graduate Program now offers web registration for all enrolled Biomedical Informatics students. Fall online registration will be available from August 17 - September 21, 2009. Initial registrations completed after September 21, 2009 will be assessed a late registration fee ($35.00) for returning students only. You will be able to add and drop classes without a "W" online through October 5, 2009.

NOTE: Registration for the following 50X classes is available via the web; however, in order to register online for the following classes, prior approval must be obtained. Contact Program Coordinator (503.494.4794 or doctord@ohsu.edu) for the correct CRN before you register. As the following classes have paperwork requirements, the CRN will not be released until these requirements have been satisfied. Please read the 50X instructions before completing the 50X form.

Step 1: Review Your Schedule

Print out your schedule, identify the classes you wish to register for and note the Course Reference Number (CRN). The course schedule is divided into on-campus classes and distance learning classes. On-campus students must have instructor permission prior to registering for online courses. Please be sure you register for the correct section of class (on-campus or online courses, 5XX-certificate and master's or 6XX-PhD).

Step 2: Register Online

ISIS Online is a secure, interactive application that allows you to register online and easily view your student information. You will need your ID and PIN number. Each person is assigned a student ID and PIN from the registrar's office. If you  need assistance or have forgotten your ID or PIN, please contact the registrar's office at 503.494.7800 or at 1.800.775.5460.

Step 3: Tuition and Fees

Your billing statement will be emailed to you in October. You may access your student account through ISIS and pay tuition and fees online.

All arrangements for tuition and fees must be made no later than October 5, 2009. A late fee of $35.00 will be charged to your account for registrations received after October 5, 2009. The 2009-2010 tuition and fees schedule is available at www.ohsu.edu/registrar/fees2009-10final.htm

Financial aid is not available for graduate certificate students.
