OHSU Tinnitus Clinic Tinnitus Assistance ProgramIf you have tinnitus and need financial services to receive evaluation, diagnostics and tinnitus management, contact Gail Oakes (Administrative Coordinator) at 503-494-7954 and request an application. She will send you a simple form to determine if you qualify for assistance. The program can support up to 100% of your care from the Clinic. The Tinnitus Assistance Program was begun by a philanthropic donation from a grateful OHSU Tinnitus Clinic patient in 1999. Since that time, several other patients and a family foundation have raised or provided money to help dozens of tinnitus sufferers who would otherwise not be able to gain access to tinnitus care. Support ranges from 10 to 100%, depending on financial need. The generosity and concern of our donors insures that no one should be denied tinnitus care because of their financial situation. 100% of donations to the Tinnitus Assistance Fund are directed to patient care.
