Aneurysm repair	Brainstem, midbrain and cortical function monitoring.	Auditory brainstem responses, Somatosensory EPs.
Vestibular nerve section	Vestibular nerve identification, hearing preservation, cranial nerve function.	Auditory brainstem responses, bipolar recording of vestibular and acoustic VIII nerve CAP, cranial nerve EMG.
Spinal cord tumor resection	Ascending and descending cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral spinal pathways. Nerve root function.	Somatosensory EPs, Transcranial Motor EPs, continuous EMG, evoked EMG, bulbo- cavrenosa reflex, urethral and anal sphincter EMG.
Spinal column correction and spine trauma stabilization	Ascending and descending cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral spinal pathways. Nerve root function and pedicle screw placement verification.	Somatosensory EPs, Transcranial Motor EPs, continuous EMG, pedicle screw electrical stimulation and EMG.
Dorsal rhizotomy	Nerve root identification and evaluation	Lower extremity evoked EMG.
Peripheral nerve exploration and repair	Brachial plexus and peripheral nerve integrity and conduction velocity	Nerve conduction velocity using hook electrodes, Somatosensory EPs.
