OHSU Fertility Progam

We were the first infertility program in Oregon, the first successful IVF and GIFT program, and one of the first to develop and offer ICSI, extended embryo culture, in vitro maturation, and preimplantation genetic diagnosis to patients. While we utilize the latest proven fertility techniques, patients also benefit from the experience our physicians acquire from our extensive clinical research program. We aggressively publish results from our research investigations to help overcome the fertility problems of all patients. With a proven record in womenís research, our physicianís offer you reproductive choices not available at other clinics. 

OHSU Fertility Consultants was established in 1982 under the direction of Kenneth A. Burry, M.D., in the Department of OB/GYN at Oregon Health Sciences University.

We offer licensed Andrology and Endocrinology Laboratory and sonographic services. Psychological counseling is available on site to offer support, stress reduction, and therapeutic consultation at all phases of your treatment. 

We believe that it is important to treat the whole person and provide a team management approach in working together with our patients to help them become parents.  All our specialists here at OHSU Fertility Consultants are board certified reproductive endocrinologists and diplomates of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Together they have a combined experience level of more than 40 years working with patients with impaired fertility to achieve parenthood.
