The entrance to the West Campus is at the intersection of N.W. 185th Avenue and Holly Lane, approximately 1.3 miles south of the 185th (Rock Creek) exit on Hwy 26, the Sunset Highway.  The entrance to the campus is on the west side of 185th Avenue between Walker Road and Baseline Road.

To reach the West Campus by Tri-Met, take the MAX train to the Willow Creek station.  An OHSU shuttle bus runs between the Willow Creek station and the West Campus during commute hours (7 AM to 9:30 AM and 4 PM to 6:30 PM at 15 min intervals).  The #47, #48, and #52 buses travel on 185th Avenue from the Willow Creek MAX station.
