The Oregon Office of Rural Health will host a webinar for RHCs on chronic care management. Kristen Odgen from The Compliance Team will discuss the importance of care coordination for patients and practices, the latest updates on the billing code G0511 for 2024, and tips for implementing or improving your chronic care (CCM) program.
Kristen is the director of quality improvement with The Compliance Team. Previously, Kristen was director of clinic quality and accreditation for 12 RHCs in Missouri. She is passionate about rural health and recognizes the need for advancing access for these communities. Kristen was raised in a small rural community and personally understands the barriers to resources for health care and is passionate about making a change to impact these barriers. Her experience as a nurse leader has fueled her desire to improve quality care and patient outcomes in more rural areas beyond her home state.
